Job Description
- Manage enquires from customers through our call center
- Resolve customer enquiries and issues in a timely manner
- Identify and propose new processes to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Handle challenging situations or objections to handle complaints and queries effectively under pressure
- Working cohesively with other teams/stakeholders to achieve company and department objectives
- Reporting regularly to line leader on all activities relating to the role
- Handle adhoc tasks assigned by line leader
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in call centre, telemarketing, customer service or sales role
- Insurance or banking/insurance call centre experience is preferred
- Excellent customer services and problem solving skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills to interpret customers’ need
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanour
