Job Description

  • Manage enquires from customers through our call center 
  • Resolve customer enquiries and issues in a timely manner
  • Identify and propose new processes to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Handle challenging situations or objections to handle complaints and queries effectively under pressure
  • Working cohesively with other teams/stakeholders to achieve company and department objectives
  • Reporting regularly to line leader on all activities relating to the role
  • Handle adhoc tasks assigned by line leader

 

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in call centre, telemarketing, customer service or sales role
  • Insurance or banking/insurance call centre experience is preferred
  • Excellent customer services and problem solving skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills to interpret customers’ need
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanour
