- Process new equity account opening timely and accurately within SLI.
- Perform reconciliation checks to ensure no delay in processing and notifications to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Update management statistics for management reporting on monthly basis/adhoc basis.
- Attend to internal and external customers’ queries received from internal Business Units.
- Ensure standard operating procedures are adhere during processing.
- Redeployment when deemed fit to be assigned by Team Lead from time to time.
- 6 months contract
- Raffles Place (Bank)
- Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 6pm
- $1800 to $2500 (depends on qualification & experience)
- Able to work overtime.
- Positive attitude.
- Effective communication skills.
- Eye for details and meticulous.
- Able to handle tight timeline and meeting SLI
- Pro-active with the ability to work independently and also a strong team player are essential attributes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficient in Client Onboarding process and system, SGX WebFE are added advantages.
- Candidates from securities/brokerage back office experience are added advantages.
