$2K | Technician (Building Maintenance / Facilities) 5 days

• Basic $1800-$2K (Commensurate with experience)
• 5 days: 815am-530pm
• Location: Admiralty/Woodlands

Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily facility operations including maintaining air-con systems
• Carry out building maintenance, servicing and trouble-shooting
• Liaise and manage with contractors and vendors to fulfill the contractual obligations
• Respond and follow-up on facilities enquiries, complaints and defects
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements:

• Min. Secondary / Nitec in Electrical
• Min. 1yr of relevant work experience
• Able to commit within short notice would be an added advantage
• Only Singaporeans
