Job Description

An established organization, specializes in cloud services, is inviting suitable candidates to join the team:

 

IT Technical Support Officer

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user support via email / hotline
  • Log customers’ requests into internal ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot end-user related issues
  • Perform the generation of monthly ticketing report
  • Provide efficient and timely technical support to end-users
  • Proactive update and follow up to end users
  • Follow up on the progress of outstanding issues till closure
  • Perform laptop imaging and deployment when required
  • Update knowledge base for end-user support
  • Perform IT related duties when assigned by the management

 

Requirements

  • NITEC / Diploma in IT or related fields
  • 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Familiar with Windows OS
  • Familiar with Printer administration, Office 365, Active Directory, 0365 SharePoints, 0365 Email and OneDrive support
  • Basic understanding of DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP
  • Strong sense of responsibility, with initiative and commitment
  • Working hours: Mondays to Fridays (9.30am to 6.30pm)
