1 year Patient Service Associate x5 (Vaccination Project / Office hours)

Responsibilities 

• Handle patient registration, queue management, appointment rescheduling
• Manage crowd to ensure social distancing is adhered to
• Direct patients to respective waiting areas within the vaccination ops facilities
• Other duties assigned by supervisor                  

Job Requirements

• Min GCE "N" Level and above 
• Customer service experience required
• Willing to walk and stand for long hours, dealing with patients in close contacts and comfortable to work in a clinical settings
• Able to commence work immediately / short notice
