Job Description

Our Client is a well established French Bank. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Processing and Administration support to On-boarding of new joiners and Off-boarding of employees
  • Relocation support for employees coming and leaving Singapore
  • Handle queries received from employees
  • Employee movement and data updates in various HR systems
  • Apply the relevant pass online via EPOL
  • Inform candidate on application outcome and pass issuance process
  • Follow-up with candidate on the necessary documents to issue pass
  • Make, Change, Cancel MOM appointment on behalf of candidate
  • Cancellation of relevant pass for leavers and upon request
  • Verify Certificate of Employment letter prepared manually by offshore team
  • Verify Business Visa letter prepared manually by offshore team
  • Verify Personal Visa letter prepared manually by offshore team
  • Verify APEC Business Travel letter prepared manually by offshore team
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or its equivalent
  • At least 1 year experience in providing support in the HR Department, preferably in an MNC or a bank
  • Meticulous and high integrity
  • A good team player 
  • Able to commence work immediately or within 2 weeks notice
