1 Year Contract Supply Chain / Logistic Coordinator

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location:  Orchard 

Pay:  $2500 

Duration: 1 Year Contract 

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm 

Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end Order Management process from entry of purchase orders to delivery shipment of product
• Manage PO / DO and ensure no discrepancies in the system
• Communicate with factory, customers, and logistic partner to arrange shipment to meet customers’ demand
• Follow up on delivery schedule and update customer on status especially for urgent demand request
• Generate invoices and follow up with customers for payment issues
• Manage inventory to ensure stocks tally with system
• Other general duties to the team

 

Requirements:

Min Degree in Logistic / Supply Chain or  Any Discipline 

Training will be provided
