1 year contract service ambassador

Job Scope:

• Engage and onboard residents to sign-up for centralised cooling
• Follow up on residents’ engagement (pre-call, post call notes)
• Helping to monitor market and social media listening channels
• Foster and engage direct feedback and through relationships with residents, channelling them back to management as actionable insights
• Engage in culture of continuous improvement and learning by providing ideas that will drive excellence in the Service Ambassador team.

Operations

• Ensure operations are smooth include delivery of messaging, sales, customer service and business reporting
• Maximise customer engagement through daily operations and efficiency to handle scheduled volumes

Requirements:

• Min A levels/Diploma/Degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience

• Weekdays, Saturday or Sunday: 8 am – 7 pm (any 5 days of the week)
