Job Description

The Job

  • Primarily attend inbound calls on insurance products via telephone
  • Inbound call enquiries can be from the Life Planners, Policyholders, Bank Channel Sales Representatives and Bancassurance Customers
  • Ensure a good follow-through of each customer’s service request
  • Manage customer feedbacks/complaints with a good closure within the operational turnaround time
  • Administer backroom operational duties related to insurance premium transactions
  • Comply with internal policies, procedures and the relevant laws and regulations


Our Requirements

  • GCE ‘O’/ 'A'/ Diploma / Degree holder from recognized institution;
  • Applicant along with 1 to 2 years of customer service experience, preferably from insurance/banking industries
  • Applicant must be comfortable to work in Call Centre Environment
  • An individual who is customer-oriented, has positive attitude, able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Applicant along with professional insurance certifications such as BCP, PGI and Health Insurance will be advantageous
  • Working hours: Mon-Fri, 830am-5.15pm
