1 Year Contract Customer Service Assistant

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

 

Location: Pasir Panjang MRT (Walking distance from Mrt)

 

Pay:  $2600 per month 

 

Duration: 1 Year Contract 

 

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm 

 

Responsibilities:

• Answer queries on specifications and price quotation.          
• Follow up with database customers list daily and develop a working knowledge of accounts.
• Using existing data to follow-up with customers on replacement belt with the knowledge of belt lifespan.
• Enhance sales numbers by cross-selling, up-selling and developing internal promotions for designated customers.
• Work closely with planner to determine product bundles and recommend products to customers to increase average sales totals.            
• Work closely with application engineer to advice customers on the correct products for their applications.
• Coordinate with customers on their sales forecast sales order and inform supply chain to ensure fulfilment of demand and timely delivery 
• Track work orders and keep customers updated on the status of their orders.
• Document complaints from customers and handle service recovery as needed.         
• After installation service to follow-up customer’s satisfaction.           

 

Requirements:

Min Diploma / Degree in Customer Service or Equivalent 

- able to commit long term
