1 Year Contract Customer Relations (Call Centre) Officer: $1800 - $2000 (TGEK-E)

• Contact customers to arrange for appointments for the installation of water heater or appliances.
• Handle customers’ enquiries on appointments, installation charges and other gas installation
• related matter.
• Follow up on customer’s enquiries from emails.
• Send SMS/emails to customers on their appointment schedules.
• Promote gas appliances / collaborations with other business partners to potential customers.
• Liaise with term contractor on any services lapse.
• Feedback on any difficult/special cases.
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of call centre experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Customer-service oriented

Contract: 1 Year Contract and a yearly completion bonus (commensurate based on performance)

Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm (Mon-Fri); 8.30am – 12.30pm (Alternate Sat)
