1 Year Contract Credit Control & Collections Officer (Insurance, Up to $4,000)

Jobs Responsibilities

• Carry out recovery activities with due diligence within prescribed payment terms to minimize delinquency
• Handle feedback and/ or complaints received from various channels
• Monitoring premium payments
• Life policy processing, Issuance and administer of new business, renewal and endorsement policies
• Maintain service standards to customers by ensuring the accuracy of policy documentation
• Manage policy documentation and related administrative duties
• Assist to answer email and phone enquiries from customer care, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders
• Initiate and support system enhancements and User Acceptance Testing to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the department's work processes

Job Requirements

• Min. 1-2 years of control & collections experience in insurance industry
• Able to start work within short notice
