1 Year Contract Admin Coordinator, Sales & Marketing Team
- Sales Quotations, filing (contracts, tenders),follow-up on invoices
- Raise any requisitions in Ariba, such as purchases including, DHL services, cell phone bills, stationery, photocopier/printer, catering, etc.
- Liaise with finance in regards to expenses and follow-ups
- Arrange for courier services for documents
- Check and distribute daily mail
- Raise MAPP applications when required
- Assist in department meetings e.g. catering during foreign colleagues visiting
- Uploading contracts into ‘Contract lifecycle management’ (CLM) software
- Other adminsitrative tasks pertainign to sales and marketing department
- Preferrably candidates with Diploma in Healthcare/Lifescience/ Admin/ Business etc
- SAP knowledge is a must.
- Min 2 years of admin experience. The role requires the incumbent to speak to medical professionals, training will be provided
- MNC culture, dynamic environment.
- 1 Year Contract to Perm
