Job Description
Accounts Receivable -
• Generating invoices and account statements.
• To post Sale invoices
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
• Performing account reconciliations
Accounts Payable-
• Sort, code and match invoices.
• Set invoices up for payment.
• Enter and upload invoices into system.
• Track expenses and process expense reports.
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
G/L Data Entries -
• To generate G/L details for closing team
• To assist closing team for audit schedule preparation
Requirements:
• Minimum a Degree Holder in Accounting / Business or similar discipline
• Minimum a few months of temp/contract Accounts experience
• Highly motivated, meticulous and organized
• Adaptable and versatile
• Effective team player and able to work independently
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Knowledge in SAP will be an advantage
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, i.e. Microsoft Excel, Power point and Word especially good command of advance Microsoft Excel formulas and functions
• Team player with the ability to manage cross-functional and institutional relationships
