• Troubleshoot and manage difficult cases at the Centre
• Allocate and deploy manpower to various centre functions.
• Monitor and manage staff performance and morale
• Conduct daily brief to cascade relevant information and changes from backend to the frontend team
• Interface with other functions or external parties to address difficult cases or unique situations.
• Access database to address walk-in queries.
• Complete end-of-day centre operations report; monitor daily numbers tended to
• Prepare daily appointment list
• Prepare reports of Centres' statistics when required.
• Has prior supervisory front-line customer service experience
