Job Responsibilities:

- Answer enquiries, schemes and campaign related enquires

- Provide good customer service to customers within the first call

- Identify trending issues and types of feedbacks for areas of improvement

- Handle and manage escalation issues effectively

Job Requirements:

- Possess good spoken and written communication skills

- Proactive, good organizational skills and time management

- Supervisory positions are available too

Job Details

- Salary: $1700 – $2000 + incentives upon confirmation

- Location: Macpherson

- Working schedule: 5.5 days work week, including weekends & PH

- Shift allowance will be given for afternoon and overnight shift
