$1,700 - $2000 Call Centre Officer — Full Time
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer enquiries, schemes and campaign related enquires
- Provide good customer service to customers within the first call
- Identify trending issues and types of feedbacks for areas of improvement
- Handle and manage escaltion issues effectively
- Handling of Mandarin speaking and local dialect clients
Job Requirements:
- Possess good spoken and written communication skills
- Proactive, good organizational skills and time management
- Supervisory positions are available too
- Preferably able to speak Mandarin ( in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients)
Job Details
- Salary: $1700 – $2000 + incentives upon confirmation
- Location: East-Central or West
- Working schedule: 5 days work week, including weekends & PH
- Working time: Shift work = AM: 8.00am to 6.00pm / PM: 12.30pm to 10.30pm / Night: 10.30pm to 8.30am
