Job Description

  • In charge of feedbacks from the company’s hotline
  • Assist in the follow-up cases with members, stakeholders, staff and agencies
  • Conduct calibration of call with the hotline representative to ensure that the call quality meets the company’s standards
  • Coordinate the support of cheque collections by members at the counter and assist with payment related matters
  • Support walk-in enquiries at the counter
  • Support the User-Acceptance Test

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma Holders and above
  • Preferably 3 years of experience in the related field
  • Organized, meticulous and able to multi task in a fast pace environment
  • A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Possess good interpersonal skills
  • IT Savvy (Ms. Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Available immediate or within short notice
