Job Description

Summary:

Providing excellent customer service to customers, going above and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Attending to inbound calls
  • Attending to call back requests from customers
  • Ensure follow up on cases escalated
  • Point to point enquiries from customers
  • Perform simple investigation on customer's requests
  •  Attend to emails enquiry/ Live chat as required 
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors

Requirement

  • Minimum A levels/ Diploma
  • Previous experience in Contact Centre is highly preferred
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable with Working hours: Any 5 days per week - inclusive of weekends - 8.00am – 5.30pm / 8.30am – 6.00pm, off on Public Holidays
