Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Opportunities to work on a variety of HR projects to improve overall HR effectiveness
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and service providers to organize employee engagement programmes
  • Participate in the collection of market salary information for annual performance review and involve in other Compensation & Benefits initiatives
  • Implement new and creative ideas for employee handbook and employer branding materials (e.g. designing of posters, collaterals, websites etc.)
  • Engage in simplification projects (e.g. streamline process, policy reviews etc.) to increase productivity and efficiency
  • Participate in data analytics to achieve excellence in HR operations and strategy
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors in Business related courses
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and resourceful
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Driven and meticulous individual who is willing to learn
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications (especially Advanced Excel skills and Powerpoint)
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator will be preferred
  • Able to commit for at least 3 months
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
