GBLT Shipmanagement Pte Ltd. (the “Company”) was first established in 2002, managing 20 Tankers. The Company is the fleet ship manager and a subsidiary of PT Berlian Laju Tanker (BLT). Established in 1981, BLT is the first Indonesian shipping company that listed its shares on the Jakarta Stock exchange in 1990. GBLT Shipmanagement Pte Ltd has made rapid progress in ship management and progressively increases its fleet management, with operations primarily throughout Asia and the Middle East, as well as Europe. The Company has since diversified its services by managing vessels which transport other liquid cargoes such as chemicals, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), palm oil and molasses. The Company has been and will continue to deliver its quality services inspired by the mission statement ‘To provide quality and professional services in the management and operation of tanker vessels, matching the standard of International Maritime Industries. Sea transportation of oil and chemicals is subject to stringent international regulations besides the oil majors standards. The Company has successfully complied with the requirements of the International Safety Management Code (ISM Code), by being awarded the ISM Code Certificate issued by Nippon Kaiji Kyokai (NKK).
