Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Overall in charge of sales, activities arrangement (on manpower), sales staffs' management
• Execute from marketing department to sales managers’
• Liaise with Accounts about Doctors' payments, prepare Doctors' letters for them and commission for sales staffs
• Liaise with Operations about CBC, Pending issue, cancellation list and other related matters
• Liaise with the marketing department about Baby Events, seminars, corporate events, LW talks and other activities
• Participate in Baby Events, seminars, corporate events, Antenatal talks, Lab visits and LW talks
• Arrange internal meeting with sales mangers & staffs to have feedbacks and concerns
• Joint calls with sales team to see new accounts, build relationships with O&G Doctors & nurses and hospitals related departments
• Other assign duties by management

Requirements:

• Must possess at least Degree
• Good analytical and questioning skills coupled with ability to develop and implement sales strategies
• Strong in interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
