You'll be doing:
Generate Sales & Deliver Excellent Customer Service
• Deliver the sales plan
• Identify & develop commercial opportunities by performing commercial probing in order to maximize sales return
• Actively implement sales promotions and follow the sales plan
• Provide a great shopping experience by maintaining effective merchandise displays, making a personal connection, & engaging with the customer with professional product knowledge
Drive In-store Operational Efficiency
• Minimize losses & maximize the profitability of the department by assisting in the achievement of agreed targets
• Forward plan for seasonal changes in sales, covering, sales events and promotions, space & equipment needs and appropriate stock availability
• Drives productivity & ensures efficient ways of working
People Management
• Lead & motivate department staff to drive delivery of consistent high standards of performance and behavior
• Communicate effectively & engage the team throughout the department and the company
You need to have:
• Minimum 3+ years of work experience in the Retail industry with supervisory & management experience
• Good supervisory & management skills in managing the team & driving performance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to analyse, interpret and translate data into meaningful business information for developing action
• Positive & flexible to cope with changing business needs
Working hours: Rotating shifts, Retail hours.
