Process purchase orders and requisition

Co-ordinate purchases of all raw materials and equipment

Source and evaluate suppliers' performance

Negotiate contracts, keeping within budgetary requirements

Formulate purchasing procedures, policies and documentation system

Perform data entry for purchases and other administrative duties

Liaise closely with Production Planning and Store to achieve stock availability at all times

Any other tasks assigned by superior time to time

Min Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline

At least 3 years of relevant experience in similar capacity is preferred
