Location: Macpherson
Duration: 7 months contract
Working hours: 830am to 6pm (M-F)

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and analyze customer feedback from various channels.
  2. Identify patterns, trends, and issues in the feedback data, and provide actionable insights to the development team
  3. Work closely with teams to prioritize and address customer feedback effectively.
  4. Lead the daily “Customer Insight” sessions, proactively raising incident tickets and reporting bugs to the technical team.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient resolution of issues.
  6. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer feedback analysis and reporting processes.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum diploma in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
  2. Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel and Adobe Analytic
