Dr. Xi Zou, at Nanyang Business School, Singapore is recruiting a Project Officer for a project on organizational cultures and future of work.

The Project Officer would have the opportunity to work on additional research ideas with Dr. Zou and her current two Ph.D. students on topics of mutual interest. There is no teaching responsibilities involved. The Project Officer would be assisted by part-time research assistants hired under this grant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing Dr. Zou's research projects
• Collecting survey studies and analyzing archival data
• Designing and conducting lab experiments.

Job Requirements:

• Minimally Bachelor in Management
• Good at using R
• Able to write professionally in English for research writing
• Experience with collect survey data, analyzing archival data, and designing lab experiments
