The Singapore Centre for 3D Printing (SC3DP) offers a full range of additive manufacturing services, from design and infrastructure to production and validation. The centre is seeking to hire a project coordinator to manage administration activities. The candidate would be responsible for providing efficient procurement, financial and administrative support, closely guided by policies and guidelines. The project coordinator plays a key role in successful planning, execution, and completion of active projects within the Centre. This includes monitoring the project budgets and evaluating purchase and procurement requests.

Responsibilities
  • Provides overall coordination of research projects. This includes resource planning and scheduling to ensure successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and timely completion of projects.
  • Preparation of data required for reporting.
  • Updates and maintains database for research projects.
  • Processes procurement documents, reimbursement claims, invoices etc in accordance to the University's guidelines.
  • Tracks status of all financial requests, documents, and work closely with NSS Procurement and Finance to follow up on all procurement and financial matters.
  • Assists in the tracking of expenses and monitor the budget utilization of the projects.
  • Assists in the coordination of audit process and preparation of audit documents.


Requirements
  • Diploma in Business / Accountancy / Finance
  • Knowledge in finance and project management is advantageous.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with understanding of financial numbers
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
  • Able to maintain database and track progress of projects.
  • Meticulous, organized, and diligent
  • Highly adaptable, resourceful and self-motivated
  • Strong work ethics to maintain confidentiality for sensitive information.
