Long Term Project Executive (Marketing, Events)
Location: Tai Seng Avenue
M-F: 10.00am to 7.00pm
Budget: 3500 - 4000 / month

Responsibilities:
* Support Project Leads to understand clients’ objectives, requirements, and preferences for each project.
* Participate in developing creative concepts and proposals in line with client briefs and budget constraints.
* Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, production, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
* Source and manage external vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring deliverables are met.
* Under the guidance of Project Leads, oversee all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual requirements, and transportation.
* Conduct on-site event management, ensuring all elements of the event run smoothly and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
* Under the guidance of Project Leads, prepare post-event reports to measure the success of projects and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Min degree in marketing (Entry Level welcome)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
