Job Description:
- Check and gather flight movement messages.
- Check weather data to determine changes to flight routes.
- Ensure that flight operations are in compliance to all safety and security regulations and standards.
- Identify and report breaches of safety or security standards.
- Conduct flight briefing on Flight Plan and weather information for flight crew.
- Monitor flight schedules and communicate flight schedules and changes in flight schedules to all stakeholders.
- Monitor delays and arrange logistics for crew layover.
- Schedules and support ground transportation and accommodations for all crew members.
- Any other duties as assigned by Flight Operations manager.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder in Aviation Management
- Preferably with 3 to 5 years of airline Flight Operations related experience.
- Good knowledge and understanding of CAAS regulations.
- Good understanding of aircraft load control knowledge.
- Willing to perform shift duties.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Pro-active, self-motivated and resourceful individual who works well independently.
- Attention to details, organized and able to prioritize tasks.

Compensation:
- Working Location: Changi Airport
- Working Hours: 9 hours/day (Shift rotational including nights)
- Working Days: 5 days/week (Shift rotational including weekends)
- Salary Package: Basic + Allowances + OT pays + AWS + Variable Bonus
