What You'll Do:

  • Become a Strategic Partner: Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement impactful HR strategies. This includes areas like onboarding, talent development, employee engagement, retention, and disability inclusion.
  • Champion the Employee Experience: Support officers throughout their entire journey with the company, from onboarding and development to well-being initiatives and offboarding. You'll provide expert advice on HR policies, programs, and processes.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Foster a collaborative partnership with the core management team. Your focus will be on aligning HR strategies with business goals, fostering positive work relationships, and building morale to boost productivity and retention.
  • Lead and Collaborate: Be a project champion, tackling strategic initiatives like workforce planning. You'll also contribute to cross-functional efforts across the organization.
  • Data-Driven Problem Solver: Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities and co-create solutions with stakeholders. Use your skills to influence decisions and gain buy-in from senior leadership.
  • Bridge the Gap: Be an effective communicator, bridging the gap between HR and the business. You'll translate strategies and policies for officers, ensuring open communication channels for feedback.

Who We're Looking For:

  • A seasoned HR professional with at least 5 years of experience in a large organization (post-graduate HR diploma or IHRP certification a plus).
  • A strategic thinker with a proven track record of partnering with business stakeholders to align HR with business objectives, driving success.
  • An expert in employee lifecycle management, providing comprehensive HR guidance and support throughout the employee journey.
  • A data-driven individual with strong business acumen, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • A resourceful and adaptable problem solver, comfortable navigating complex situations and ambiguity.
  • A team player who can also work independently, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
