Our Client is a Regional marketing agency with corporate event business arm. This position supports both internal hiring and B2B events, functions, roadshows and related mediums. Outgoing individuals are highly desired for this position (experience in planning, emceeing, coordination may be required).

Responsibilities
HR Functions-
Training for internal role requirements, CV selections, interview coordination, offer negotiations and new hire on boarding.
Provide assistance with recruitment related data management, administration for new hires. You will be required to assist payroll department from time to time.
Event Mgmt Functions-
Attend new customers discussion for event / function planning goals. Assist events manager with timeline preparation.
Required to assist with hiring, managing and payroll for freelance / part time events crew. You will be expected to grow the client's existing list of part time / freelancing event crews via advertising / marketing campaigns.
Work with marketing team and event team for each event under your duty. 

Ideal Candidates
A good 1-2 years of related working experience preferred.
Candidates with job longevity are highly desired.
