  • Daily preparation and production of breads and pastries by following standard SOPs.
  • Checking and packing of bread items for delivery.
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstation at all times.
  • Responsible for the consistency and presentation of the products.
  • Ensure that SFA/NEA guidelines prepare all food items.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.
  • Notify the Head Baker of any low stock or replenishment needs.
  • Follow established recipes and procedures for consistent product quality.

 

Requirement:

  • Formal culinary or baking education is a plus.
  • 4 to 5 Years of Proven experience in a bakery or culinary setting.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in baking techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Collaborate with the Head Baker on new recipe development and improvements.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by a team leader.

 

Work Shift Timing:

  • 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
  • 10:00 pm - 7:00 am
