Position Overview:

As the Head of Department of Poker Games, you'll be the driving force behind our poker events and sales initiatives. From analyzing industry trends to implementing innovative marketing plans, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our poker operations. Your responsibilities will include leading a dynamic team, providing top-notch customer service, and collaborating with various departments to deliver exceptional promotions and events.

Salary: S$ 15,000 ~ S$19,000

Responsibilities:

1. Event Planning: Spearhead short and long-term planning for poker events and sales.
2. Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective marketing plans to boost poker event revenues.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with customers to meet sales objectives.
4. Monitoring and Resolution: Analyze customer play and transactions, resolving any issues promptly.
5. Compliance: Ensure adherence to rules and regulations, maintaining control of card table games.
6. Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of industry and competitor trends to stay ahead of the curve.
7. Strategy Enhancement: Review past marketing plans and recommend improvements for future strategies.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to align promotions and events resort-wide.
9. Training and Evaluation: Train and evaluate team members, ensuring excellence in performance.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in poker tournaments and cash games.
3. Proficiency in MS Office.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Excellent customer service abilities.
6. Fluency in English and Mandarin; Cantonese proficiency preferred.
