Responsibilities

• Involve in Backend process development activities, hardware modification and improvement.

• Undertake new process development projects for future technological requirement.

• Undertake improvement project to resolve technical challenges encountered during new product stage and manufacturing stage.

• Ensure smooth transfer of process setting from R&D team to the manufacturing team.

• Work with Reliability team for new evaluation to establish Spin stand HDD correlation.

• Any other duties as assigned by Superior.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Science (Chemistry/Physics) or Materials Science and Engineering.
• Chemistry knowledge to support lubricant development activities.
• Materials science and nanotribology knowledge
• Candidates with no experience or with some working experience are welcome to apply.
