To support develop, organise and implement programmes/talks/events/workshops for parents and children to uplift the community

 Responsibilities 

  • Assisting with the conceptualization of events/ programmes
  • Environmental scanning of relevant partnerships with organisations
  • Assist in sourcing for speakers, emcee, vendors and venue for the events/ programmes
  • Arranging meetings with relevant organisations/ vendors
  • Assist in the logistics preparation and sourcing of collaterals
  • Support in managing programme data and analysis
  • Collation of evaluation forms and create an evaluation report to assess the programme
  • Support the (AAR) After Action Review sessions
  • Support to conduct outcome measurement to evaluate the impact of the programme
  • Adherence to SOPs, Financial and Procurement guidelines
  • Participate in Divisional and SINDA-wide events when required
  • Any other duties as assigned by RO/ HOD.

 Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Psychology, Counselling, Early Childhood Education
  • Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
  • Passion to serve the community
  • Meticulous, good decision and problem-solving skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including building and sustaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to perform basic data analysis using Excel/Power BI would be an added advantage
  • Flexible to work on weekday evenings and weekend (when required)

This is a 2- year contract position, convertible to a permanent role subject to the performance and divisional requirements.
