Responsibilities
- Day to day management of the Sales, to deliver the budget sales target
- Develop new accounts through daily prospecting
- Identifying new sales leads and projects
- Developing quotes and proposals/tender projects
- Sales & Operations, control selling prices to meet the budget gross margin
- Compilation of reports and forecast as required. Including project pipelines and Sales Action Plans.
- Develop and implement and annual marketing plan that is aligned with the Group Strategic Goals specifically in terms of growth and market share.
- To identify and manage customers by developing close customer relations
- Responsible to plan the team’s KPI
- Awareness of competitors’ activities and identify threat and opportunities for the company
- Maintain relationship with existing clients and adhere to sales target
- Monthly planning and reporting to the Managing Director
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management
Requirement
- Must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Proficiency in various software such as MS Office, MS Projects
- At least 3 years of working experiences in related field is required
- Proven Sales Track Record
- Experience in Construction will be an advantage
- Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, meticulous
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
- Possesses own transport
