Temp Customer Relationship Executive
Location: Near Ubi MRT
Mon-Fri 8.30am – 5.15pm
Must be able to work until 15 Aug

• Support manager in ongoing projects and ad hoc daily administrative work.
• Assist in tasks such as testing systems and automations where necessary.
• Develop and maintain meaningful dashboards and excel spreadsheet using internal data sources in increasing accessibility and insights to productivity and opportunities for operational efficiency.
• Assist on inbound calls – message taking
• Assist on outbound calls – Returned mails
• Demonstrate a driven and focused attitude with willingness to service customers.
• Aim for a first-call resolution to troubleshoot and resolve customers enquires.
