Customer Service Executive
Duration: 1 year (renewable/convertible depending on performance)
Location: Serangoon North
Working hours: Mon - Fri, Office hours
Pay: $2500 - $3100 (depending on qualifications & prior experiences)
Job Scope
- Coordinate & process New Mobile Applications, SIM Activation, Line Transfer, Activation of Value-Added Services, Re-contracting, etc.
- Assist to billing queries, resolve billing issues and perform billing adjustments if required
- Answer general customer service questions and explain multiple product features
- Ensure Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Work Instruction (WI) are properly carried out
- Monitor and ensure daily Service Level Agreement (SLA) for ticket resolution within 4 hours/7 hours/9 hours is met
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma in Customer Experience / Business or any related disciplines
