Advent Law Corporation was established in May 2003. We have grown steadily from a team of just 4, to our current size of about 10 lawyers and more than 40 support staff.
Our staff are divided into teams, each headed by a group leader who is responsible for training all new staff. Self-motivation, discipline, hard work, and integrity are qualities we look for in job candidates to join our dynamic team.
Applicants should possess the following requirements:
· GCE ‘O’ and ’A’ Levels, Polytechnic Diploma and above. Those with relevant experience but not the requisite paper qualification may also apply.
· Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
· A good team player with good working attitude
· Good command of written and spoken English
Job Responsibilities:
· Provide efficient secretarial and administrative support to lawyers
· Assisting with the opening, maintenance and closing of cases
· Drafting correspondences and Court documents
· Using the e-Services (eLitigation / MinLaw / etc)
· Any other administrative / secretarial duties as assigned
