18 Months Contract Healthcare Executive Assistant #HDT
Coordinate with stakeholders on resource change requests.
• Create, modify, maintain, block and level load resource calendars promptly and accurately.
• Perform block moves and reschedule patients’ appointments (e.g. when there are urgent changes to doctors’ clinic sessions or templates).
• Inform affected patients on the rescheduled appointment within the established service level and attend to their enquiries/requests professionally.
• Observe excellent customer service and telephone etiquettes.
• Perform service recovery for feedback related to resource movement together with Office of Patient Experience team.
• Be familiarized with resource scheduling workflows, work instructions and quality procedures.
• Assist with UATs during system enhancements.
• Assist to investigate issues related to resource management/modification.
• Assist to compile and prepare reports.
• Participate in improvement projects, training, and development programmed.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
 
Job Requirements
• Diploma and above, preferably with at least 2 years’ experience in healthcare, call center or service-related industry.
• Proficient in computer literacy and familiar with Microsoft applications such as Excel.
• Able to work independently in a collaborative manner with diverse range of stakeholders.
• Strong customer-centric mindset and desire to serve in public healthcare.
• Strong communication (both verbal and written) and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent team player who is positive, proactive, resourceful and result oriented.
• Able to multi-task and work in fast-pace and dynamic working environment
