1) What is JobsCentral all about?

JobsCentral helps employers like you to recruit better and improve your brand with a broad suite of services, based on an easy-to-use and effective online platform.

  • Being one of Singapore's largest job portals, the JobsCentral Portal Network has 2 components - JobsCentral.com.sg and over 20 local affiliated partner career portals.
  • We offer you a platform to reach out to hundreds of thousands of jobseekers in Singapore. Services to employers include our free basic job postings, paid priority postings, database mining, branding microsites, direct emailer campaigns and more. Our purpose is to help you recruit and brand better.

3) How does JobsCentral market?

JobsCentral takes a proactive and aggressive approach when it comes to reaching out to jobseekers. With a total media value of $2 million garnered on our marketing and PR efforts, we roll out a complete range of advertising and promotional activities together with innovative campaigns through online (search engines + social sites), mass media (newspaper, TV and radio advertisements), as well as outdoor media channels (MRT, bus, taxi) to ensure that you get the candidates you need for your jobs. 4) How can I / my company register for JobsCentral services as an Employer?

Registration for on employer account on JobsCentral is absolutely free. With this account, you will have the option of posting jobs on JobsCentral and the network portals, ranging from free basic jobs, priority jobs and featured jobs (e.g. Top Jobs or BrightMinds postings). We have compiled a comparison table on the different postings available on JobsCentral (see table below)

To register as an employer on JobsCentral, simply fill up the Registration Form. Our customer service staff will then proceed to contact you to verify your application and activate your account. This will prevent spam while maintaining your company's reputation as an employer. Please allow up to three working days for this process.

Things to note:

  • Only one account is provided per company for posting of free job advertisements. Subsequent accounts created by the same company can only be used to post paid job listings.
  • All businesses registered as employers on JobsCentral must have already registered with the Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority in Singapore (ACRA) with a valid Business Registration No.

5) How do I create job advertisements?

Only employers with an active and registered JobsCentral account are permitted to post job advertisements on the portal. Click here or refer to point 4 for more information on Employer Registration.

Here is a quick guide to putting up a job advertisement on JobsCentral

  • Login to the Employer Module with your JobsCentral employer account. Please use the Forget Password function if required.
  • Submit your job advertisement information for either a Paid priority job or a Free basic job. Your job ads should be in compliance with the Tripartite Guidelines on Non Discriminatory Job Advertisements.
  • Customise your position by specifying your applicant filtering criteria and modes of receiving applications (subjected to job posting type).
  • Submit your job to go "live". Once activated, the job can be viewed by jobseekers and applications can be received accordingly.

6) What are the differences between the job posting options available?
