Jurong General Hospital

By 2014, a new and modern Jurong General Hospital (JGH) will be ready to serve the healthcare needs of Singaporeans. Conveniently located at Jurong Regional Centre and within walking distance from the Jurong East MRT, JGH will be a hospital designed to put patients’ needs as the main focus, and hassle-free.

To be developed together with a new community hospital, JGH will work with other healthcare institutions in the western part of Singapore to provide patients with holistic and integrated care beyond the hospital into the community.

We are not waiting until 2014 to start hiring.

The new JGH team will take over management of Alexandra Hospital (AH) when the new Khoo Teck Puat Hospital is ready next year. It is within the beautiful and healing grounds of AH that the “first seeds” of JGH shall be sown.
