Responsibilities:
- Process customers’ orders
- Develop and maintain good relationship with customers
- Manage goods returned by customers
- Liaise with warehouse staff, customers, dispatch service and sales team to ensure smooth delivery of goods
- Attend to customers’ queries and complaints
- Prepare monthly settlement/billing documentation for Sales Team
- Filing of documents
Requirements:
- At least GCE 'N' level and above
- Minimum 1 year of similar experience
