Junior Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant (Changi South, MNC) [CLZ]

Job Duties:
  • Perform full spectrum of secretariat and business support to MD
  • Manage correspondance that dealt with MD, ensure all inquiries/complaints/feedback are attended to promptly, professionally, follow up till eventual closure of case
  • Work closely with Senior Management Team and various business/operation units to meet corporate and customers' needs
  • Perform end-to-end event management activities such as Staff Conference, VIP Customers Dinner, MD Chinese New Year gathering etc
  • Prepare and consolidation of management reports as well as presentation materials
  • Secretariat for monthly Senior Management meetings
  • Prepare MD messages in organisation newsletter and speeches at events
  • Prepare and disseminate critical information to various internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform administrative duties such as travel and hotel arrangements for MD as well as personal claims
  • Responsible for management of Legal Contract/Agreements kept by MD Office
  • Any other tasks as and when assigned by MD
  • Supervisory responsibilities to receptionists
  • Access to MD emails and program applications
  • Approve and reject leave/claim applications for staff under charged
  • Contract between travel agents, hotel agents and ad-hoc events activities
Job Requirements:
  • Proficiency in both written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work undr tight deadlines
  • Competency in preparing management slide presentation materials, speeches etc
  • Customer focused with an excellent comman of written and spoken English
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills and high EQ
  • Good coordination and planning skills
  • Self motivated yet versatile with the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
  • Analytical, meticulous and able to work under pressaure and tight deadlines
  • Resourceful and flexible with high energy level
  • Multi-tasking and able to work under minimal supervision
  • Possess high level of discretion and integrity
  • Possess diplomacy and professionalism in handling internal and external customers
