- Full time Office Hours/Part time Half day positions available
The Job Responsibilities:
- Registration and data-entry of customers
- Appointment-scheduling of customers
- Advice customers on billing and payment methods (e.g: cash, credit card, insurance)
- Archival and retrieval of private and confidential information of customers
- Ad-hoc administrative duties
The Job Requirements:
- GCE N Levels and above with relevant customer service experience;
- Diploma Graduates (Fresh Graduates may apply);
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Singaporean / Singapore PR only
