Job Scope/Requirements:
Responsibilities:
Preparation and submission of tender;
Taking of Bills of Quantity;
Request of quotation from suppliers and sub- Contractor;
Checking of tender documents and understanding of specifications;
Coordinating submission of documents to clients and relevant authorities.
Requirements:
At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree, Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent;
Familiar with ACMV System;
Preferably have local construction experiences;
Computer literacy in MC office;
Meticulous, independent, ability to work in a team;
Other Information:
Prefer immediate available candidates;
Must be able to work under pressure;
5.5 Days work per week (Alternate Saturday);
Working hours: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm, Saturday till 1 pm.
