Senior Executive/Asst Manager, Customer Service

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for order fulfilment, and ensuring accurate input of Sales Order to the system
  • Provide trouble-shooting assistance on questions regarding pending orders, customer account status and problem resolution
  • Proactively manage backorders to ensure timely fulfilment to the committed dates
  • Responsible for key performance indices namely On Time Delivery, backlog aging, service and supply cases timely closure in system
  • Liaise with operation team to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of customers’ orders.
  • Close follow up with respective suppliers on the order & delivery status
  • Attend and follow up on customers queries, requests and complaints timely to achieve customer satisfaction level
  • Liaise with engineer on customer queries and feedback
  • Prepare Customer Service Review Slides and Report on a ad-hoc/monthly basis
  • Customer visiting on a weekly basis
Requirements:
  • Min Diploma holder and above
  • Min 2 to 5 years of customer fronting experience
  • Motivated, Detail and Multi-task oriented
  • Analytical and customer-oriented
  • Good Team Player
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin, any additional language will be a plus advantage - to liaise with various associates
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
