Overview
"POC" is originated from the phrase "Power of CLOSING" which came to fame in Oct 2008 with 600 agents, who believe in the theory of "Success breeds success, Generation after generation" in building teams to last, with the right culture and structured system.

It began with a few aspiring and committed team leaders and managers who still actively recruit agents and believe strongly in a prevailing culture of good teamwork and effective network towards excellence, where equality exists for all.

The meaning of "Power of CLOSING" was then brainstormed which was expressed to give our agents the right tools and support in closing more deals consistent with our mission and philosophy.
