Responsibilities
- Perform HR / Office administrative duties
- Assist in compilations of reports and data entry
- Handle member’s email and helpdesk enquiries
- Manage company’s email delivery campaigns
- Keep track of client’s payments
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
Requirements
- Minimum‘O’ Level, ITE /Diploma and above
- 1 to 2 years experience in administrative support
- People oriented, Self-motivated, independent, as well as team player
- Organized, meticulous with good follow-through
- Able to have meeting with colleagues in the US through Skype
- Good in Spoken and Written English
- Proficient in MS Office, Word and Excel, Email Systems
- Able to start work immediately or within short notices will be an advantage

Working Hours:
Mon - Fri 9:00am to 6:00pm (occasionally short meeting at night time)
Salary: $1,500 to $1,700 (Based on experience)
