Assistant Retail Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retains existing client base and expands the client base business through cold calling and tenders
  • Maintains and builds strong relationships with clients by having good understanding of clients business, unique needs and goals
  • Develop sales strategies and recommend suitable products based on clients’ needs
  • Communicates effectively with clients and proactively meeting or exceeding clients’ service expectations to ensure clients satisfaction
  • Attend to & follow up with client requests queries and feedback
  • Be involved in the preparation of quotation, proposal and presentation to clients
  • Perform administrative duties, to support ad-hoc marketing projects

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant fields
  • Preferably with 3 year(s) of Business Development experience in the energy/utilities industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self motivated and good team player
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Candidates with existing client data base will be an added advantage
