Assistant Retail Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Retains existing client base and expands the client base business through cold calling and tenders
- Maintains and builds strong relationships with clients by having good understanding of clients business, unique needs and goals
- Develop sales strategies and recommend suitable products based on clients’ needs
- Communicates effectively with clients and proactively meeting or exceeding clients’ service expectations to ensure clients satisfaction
- Attend to & follow up with client requests queries and feedback
- Be involved in the preparation of quotation, proposal and presentation to clients
- Perform administrative duties, to support ad-hoc marketing projects
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant fields
- Preferably with 3 year(s) of Business Development experience in the energy/utilities industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self motivated and good team player
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Candidates with existing client data base will be an added advantage
